As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse, you'll provide exceptional nursing care while leading a team committed to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. You'll work closely with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.

???? Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Complete assessments and monitor resident conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment
???? Qualifications
  • Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Compassionate, resident-focused approach
  • BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
  • Long-term care experience preferred
