Location: Lake Worth, Florida
Schedule: Full-Time | Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Salary: $77,500 – $87,500 annually

Join Our Leadership Team

Palm Beach Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an RN Evening Supervisor. This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care while supporting and guiding our nursing staff during evening operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing department operations during the evening shift.

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.

  • Ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to individualized care plans.

  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship.

  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

  • Complete and review clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness.

  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes.

  • Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed.

  • Participate in staff development, education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
