Full-Time | Part-Time | All Shifts Available
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership, direct nursing care, and oversight of resident services. This role is ideal for nurses who value accountability, teamwork, and delivering high-quality care in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
• Provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise, support, and guide LPNs and CNAs/GNAs
• Participate in care planning, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety, and infection control practices
Qualifications
• Current, active RN license in the state
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
