Job description

Red Hawk Golf and Resort is seeking a passionate and energetic Pilates Instructor to lead evening classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping others improve their health and wellness through Pilates while delivering an exceptional member experience in a hospitality-focused environment.
Pay: $29/hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Design safe, effective, and engaging Pilates programs tailored to clients’ individual needs and fitness levels.
• Lead members through introductory and progressive Pilates sessions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Ensure all instruction follows current safety standards and best practices.
• Inspect Pilates equipment and studio areas for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including sanitizing and wiping down equipment after use.
• Enforce facility rules and policies in a polite, professional, and member-focused manner.
• Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for all members and guests.
• Incorporate safe work practices into all aspects of job performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Current CPR/AED Certification required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience teaching Pilates, including group instruction and program development.
• Strong understanding of Pilates principles, programming, and safe exercise practices.
• Ability to develop and lead safe, effective Pilates programs in accordance with industry standards and governing guidelines.
Additional Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Regular and reliable attendance required.
