• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead group therapy sessions that encourage participants to share their experiences, foster connections, and gain insights from one another.
• Individualized Counseling: Provide tailored therapy sessions, addressing clients' unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while equipping them with coping strategies and action plans.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate directly with clients to design and implement individualized treatment plans that are both goal-oriented and reflective of their preferences and needs.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track and evaluate client progress, ensuring a responsive approach to treatment adjustments.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to clients facing complex cases.

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing mental health challenges. • Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Licensure: Current LPC licensure is mandatory for this role.
• Relevant Experience: Proven experience working in mental health treatment settings, particularly with clients managing mood and mental health disorders.
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude and passion for driving positive change within both the organization and the lives of clients.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and effective documentation practices.

Applicants with additional experience in group therapy facilitation or specialized training in trauma-informed care will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote therapy models is a plus, as we strive to enhance our service offerings for our clients.
