• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions designed to encourage connection, shared experiences, and mutual learning among young adults.
• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings, while developing tailored coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that are reflective of their unique needs and aspirations.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools to track and evaluate client outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as needed.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a team of mental health professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and consult on complex cases, ensuring the highest quality of client care.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will provide essential support to clients facing mental health challenges, empowering them through therapeutic interventions that promote healing and personal growth. Your role will be paramount in helping them navigate their individual journeys towards recovery.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) certification.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients and foster trust.
• Experience working with a young adult population is highly desirable.

Experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) will be advantageous. Additionally, possessing practical knowledge in crisis intervention and assessment will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Empowerment Care Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
