This position is fully remote, utilizing our state-of-the-art telehealth platform to connect with clients efficiently. Our flexible scheduling involves regular business hours with some evening shifts available, ensuring we meet the needs of our clients at various times. • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and construct tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs.
• Provide therapy services—individual, group, and family-based—utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches to tackle a range of issues, from depression and anxiety to trauma-related disorders.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, providing continuous and well-rounded support.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress or emergencies, demonstrating empathy and expertise to stabilize situations and secure safety.
• Engage actively in community outreach events and educational initiatives designed to enhance mental health literacy and decrease stigma associated with mental health issues.

The clients you will serve come from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, facing a spectrum of mental health challenges. • Must possess an active and independent license as one of the following:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Proven cultural competence and sensitivity, essential for providing effective support to individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic groups.
• Excellent organizational and time-management proficiencies, ensuring accurate records and timely updates on client progress.

• Prior experience working in telehealth or remote counseling services is advantageous.
• Experience in crisis counseling or intervention techniques.
• A background in community outreach or mental health awareness programs is a plus.
