Inner Resolve Wellness is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will engage with clients and their families to provide high-quality therapeutic services, fostering resilience and healthy relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients and their family dynamics to identify psychosocial needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively by continually evaluating the needs of new, current, and discharging patients.
  • Utilize evidence-based methodologies to diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.
  • Implement brief, solution-focused therapy approaches tailored to clients' unique situations and develop actionable strategies that promote positive outcomes.
  • Provide timely supportive interventions, including crisis management and bereavement support, to help clients navigate challenging life events.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to align treatment plans with the overall health and safety standards of the clinic, while ensuring a client-centered approach.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, trauma, and grief. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, providing an enriching opportunity to apply culturally competent care. Your work will be instrumental in addressing barriers to mental health access, thus enhancing treatment outcomes and fostering resilience in our families.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong theoretical and clinical foundation.
  • Active and current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent clinical license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with fellow healthcare providers and the diverse client population.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective assessment and intervention.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical environment, particularly in a community health setting.
  • Proven ability to implement harm reduction strategies and brief therapeutic interventions.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
