Lithia & Driveway | Parts Inventory Specialist
At Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD) our success is fueled by our high performing teams delivering Auto Done Easy for our customers. We create simple, transparent, and convenient customer experiences throughout the vehicle-ownership lifecycle by leveraging our hundreds of store locations and our key adjacencies - Driveway, DFC, and GreenCars. We've built a retail model that champions entrepreneurial leadership, Growth Powered by People, and a strategy that creates possibilities and pushes us to reach our potential.
We're looking for a Parts Inventory Specialist who thrives in the field, enjoys solving operational challenges, and knows how to turn data into action. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to influence teams on the ground-this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact across our dealership network.
Location: Remote - Nationwide Travel Role
Compensation Range: $70,000-$105,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

  • Evaluate inventory performance and uncover opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner with Parts Managers and store leadership to implement best practices

  • Deliver insights and recommendations that drive profitability and performance (SPE & CSI goals)
  • Support the rollout and execution of inventory scanning procedures
  • Build strong relationships with regional and store-level leadership
  • Travel extensively (up to 3-4 weeks per month) to support dealership operations

What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
  • 3+ years in parts, inventory control, or dealership operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot and solve performance gaps
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
  • Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence teams
  • Comfortable managing priorities in fast-paced environments

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:
  • Competitive pay
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Plans
  • Paid Holidays & PTO
  • Short and Long-Term Disability
  • Paid Life Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
