Real Estate Agent Apprentice - Leads Provided, Full Training Available
Now hiring new and newly licensed real estate agents in Bridgewater, NJ.
Company-generated leads provided. No cold calling. No experience required. We train you from day one.

Responsibilities
• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn the intricacies of real estate transactions.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Support the team in preparing and presenting property listings to potential buyers.
• Participate in open houses and property showings to gain hands-on experience.
• Contribute to the negotiation process to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction details in our CRM system.
Qualifications
• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating your commitment to shared goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software, highlighting your capacity to maintain organized and accurate records.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly, showing your readiness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills, ensuring you can manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, reflecting your initiative and self-motivation.
