Registered Behavior Technician- Essex County New Jersey

Job Summary:

At Strides ABA, we create a space for your child to step up their game and reach goals that previously seemed out of reach. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities. This is a part-time opportunity with competitive pay and ongoing training, allowing you to grow professionally while helping children reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA

  • Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress

  • Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care

  • Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client

  • Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families

Qualifications:
