Scope:

According to customer and internal specifications, designs and implements manufacturing processes and equipment for the manufacture of PCB’s, including process optimization and continual improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures and instructions in English.
  • Ability to use personal experience, education, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Lead and direct the work of others.
  • Focus on process yield and improvement.
  • Interact with customers regarding process improvement and failure analysis.
  • Support manufacturing by process definition and implementation.
  • Ability to specify materials, tools, equipment (when possible), and process parameters.
  • Ability to assist in training of manufacturing personnel.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for process improvement.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in technically related field.

Preferred Skill Sets:
  • 1-5 years electrochemical copper plating experience
  • 1-5 years electroless copper plating experience
  • 1-5 years ENEPIG surface finish experience
  • 1-3 year(s) general PCB experience

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents;

  • c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL);
  • d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US;
  • e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
