Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Engineer to drive the implementation of new processes, fixtures, and tools while continuously improving existing operations. This role provides critical technical support to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of PCB assemblies.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and validate new manufacturing processes, fixtures, and tooling to support PCB assembly operations.
  • Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput.
  • Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and operations, to resolve technical challenges.
  • Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.
  • Ensure processes and equipment meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications of the Process Engineer:

  • BS Degree in Engineering or previous experience as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer.
  • 2-3 years of direct experience in PCB assemblies involving through-hole, SMT, or mixed technology
