  • System Ownership:Own end-to-end Kinaxis system performance, ensuring stability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement aligned with multi-year roadmaps developed collaboratively with technical teams.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Engage with ESCO stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on project goals, advocate initiatives, and deliver change management strategies that ensure sustainable transformational change globally.

  • Team Development:Coach and develop a highly technical team, fostering accountability, resilience, and adaptability to maintain system continuity and support supply chain planning effectiveness.

  • Change Management:Oversee and implement effective change management efforts across user groups to ensure adoption and success of Kinaxis-enabled processes.

  • Communication & Reporting:Present project updates and system performance insights effectively to upper management, including C-level leadership, maintaining clear project tracking and execution cadence.

  • Travel Requirements:Minimal travel expected, primarily related to S/4 design phase; role supports global time zones with potential early morning or evening engagements.
