Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an Executive Legal Assistant, W2 contract engagement!

Title: Executive Legal Assistant

Location: Onsite in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

(Must live within 45 miles of the Baton Rouge office)

Schedule: Onsite

Duration: 6 months

This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 Only. No C2C eligibility for this position.

ENGAGEMENT DESCRIPTION
Provide administrative and legal support, including reviewing and responding to third-party record requests, researching corporate systems and document repositories, maintaining case files and databases, and assisting with legal support matters.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in the insurance and legal industries
  • Strong understanding of the legal process with the ability to analyze and interpret legal documentation and understand how it relates to and affects the company
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Effective grammar and human relations skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to set priorities, organize workflow, take initiative, establish and document efficient procedures, perform multiple tasks, and follow through with minimal supervision

  • Research corporate systems and document repositories to locate relevant information and documents responsive to requests
  • Maintain case files, charts, databases, and tables to track pertinent operational and legal information related to assigned matters
  • Ensure accurate and efficient retrieval of documents and data and timely completion of case-related activities
  • Communicate with requestors and internal personnel to facilitate progress of responses
  • Assist with other legal support matters as needed and assigned
