Jeff Wyler Automotive Family has an administrative opportunity for an individual who values accuracy and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has worked in an office setting in the past and is looking to expand their administrative skill set. You will be responsible for a high volume of invoice data entry into our accounting software. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented and possess the ability to effectively work both independently and in a team setting.
Job Requirements
  • Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid computer and data entry skills.
  • Open to additional administrative tasks as needed throughout the office.
  • Ability to maintain good employee relations by being courteous, respectful, and amicable towards other co-workers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Data entry for assigned locations amongst the dealer group.
  • Scanning of invoices for electronic storage.
  • Ability to meet daily and monthly deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and openness toward changes in administrative tasks based on greatest need.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED (required by most employers)
  • Strong typing skills (typically 40-70 words per minute with a high level of accuracy)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and/or Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of databases and data entry software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
