Here at BrightStar Care we are a 20 year old home care company that has offices all over the United States. Our Registered Nurse (RN) work with clients one on one in their homes. We provide care for a wide variety of individuals of any age, but typically tend to see elderly individuals. Our clients choose their schedules, so our shifts range from 1 hour up to 12 hours per client, and we have shifts in the morning, afternoon, evening and overnight time frames. Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 care in the patient’s home. 
  • Implement treatment and plan of care using  
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes. 
  • Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the company policy, procedures, and protocols. 
Required Skills
  • An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona 
  • Minimum of (1) year nursing experience  
  • Reliable transportation driving to peoples homes 
  • Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the ability of the client. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds. Visual and hearing acuity required.
