As a RN Evening Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care is delivered to our patients. This is a PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME opportunity to join our dynamic team in Mount Airy, MD.

About the Role:

As a RN Evening Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the nursing care delivery on the evening shift, ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care. You will supervise and mentor a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the evening shift, including staffing, medication administration, and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the evening shift, including staffing, medication administration, and patient safety

  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

  • Collaborate with other departments, including therapy and dietary services, to ensure a comprehensive care plan

  • Participate in on-call duties as required

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and staffing

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Nursing Home Facility

  • Current RN license in the state of Maryland

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
