Job Description

ServiceMaster Elite Cleaning Services is seeking reliable individuals for several part-time or full-time Day and Night positions. This position is a fantastic way to work your way up to supervision and management in our company.

The position consists of driving your own vehicle or company car Cleaning a single or multiple assigned locations that include office spaces, hospitals, clinics, and public areas.

Training will be provided to work in these environments adhering to the most current CDC (Centers for Disease Control) (Centers for Disease Control), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) guidelines. All required PPE (PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT) will be provided.

Job Description

Technician to perform janitorial work in our customers properties. You will be a member of a team whose objective is to provide our customers with a consistently clean, safe, and healthy environment. The responsibilities will include one or more of the following cleaning tasks: trash removal, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting. Job Duties Perform assigned tasks on a timely and consistent basis following the buildings task and frequency schedule. Tasks may include a mix of the following: Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners. Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors. Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces. Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls. Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap. Clean entrance glass and other interior glass. Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders. Work effectively with other team members. Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies. Job Qualifications

A valid driver's license and excellent driving insurable record Education and work history demonstrate work ethic and responsibility. Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member. Able to lift 35 lbs. and carry a 12 lbs. backpack vacuum cleaner. Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.

Hourly Rate $11.50 and Up
