A Kings' Hospitality Manager, is the primary catalyst to the Kings Dining & Entertainment "Core Values" and Kings "Mission Statement". They act as the driver of goals set by the company and carries out these goals in a way that protects the business and shapes the future of the company. They are able to improve results in sales and profits by creating a positive environment of growth and open door communication with their team and guests.
Hospitality Manager Responsibilities and Duties
  • Work to reduce costs without affecting the guest experience and optimize profits through management of cost centers & recognize money saving opportunities.
  • Ensures safety training, facility walkthroughs and support is shown on a consistent basis to all departments.
  • Maintains staffing pars in every facet of the business to ensure a positive guest experience and business growth.
  • Increases retention and minimize turnover based on goals set; as measured by Kings turnover tracking report.
  • Accurately analyzes previous sales, upcoming booked events, promotions, special events, local impact events and holidays to forecast the future. Communicates these events and trends to the team to ensure proper coverage and preparation.
  • Develops relationships with local business owners, managers and town officials through community outreach and involvement.
  • Meet and exceed goals set for your location on a consistent basis.
  • Consistent quarterly EBITDA growth that is explained and planned based on actions set.
  • Able to identify vendor pricing issues and helps to improve spending based on analysis and action.
  • Can accurately forecast and plan all CAPEX projects and manage their implementation.
