Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
E Commerce Donation Sorting Specialist is responsible for the sorting and selection of online appropriate items from the store's donated product flow. They will work with the retail production staff to ensure online appropriate items are sent to the eCommerce department weekly. They will coach the production team on product knowledge, and are responsible for accurate documentation and staging of selected product to be transferred to the eCommerce department. The ecommerce Donation Sorting Specialist will also assist in sorting and selecting appropriate product for the store's display case and pricing of product.
Qualifications
  1. Quickly and efficiently identify and process items or groups of items for eCommerce.
  2. Quickly, efficiently and in an organized manner, pack and stage items to transfer to the eCommerce department.
  3. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly production goals.
  4. Provide feedback to store production personnel about both quality and quantity of items set aside for eCommerce.
  5. Move hoppers and pallets to/from the transportation holding area.
  6. Properly and legibly labels totes, hoppers, containers for the transportation from the store to the eCommerce department.
  7. Properly put pulls/salvage into proper containers.
  8. Maintain a clean workstation and follow all Goodwill and department policies, procedures and safety regulations.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
  10. Fosters and demonstrates a positive team environment.
  11. Works a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business.
  12. Must have reliable transportation to be able to travel to different stores within region.
  13. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
