Position Title: Advertising Maintenance Technician

Rate of Pay: $540 per month

Chandler and Campbelle Investment Group (CCD), in partnership with Clear Channel Airports, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Advertising Maintenance Technician to provide part-time, on-call support for the inspection, maintenance, and installation of advertising displays at Long Beach Airport (LGB). This onsite position is ideal for a reliable professional who takes pride in maintaining high-quality advertising assets and ensuring that all airport advertising displays meet Clear Channelโ€™s operational, safety, and presentation standards.

The Advertising Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting routine visual inspections of advertising fixtures, display cases, and digital screens throughout the airport. This includes verifying that advertising materials are properly installed, clean, secure, and in good condition. The technician will monitor digital displays to confirm they are functioning properly and showing the correct content, troubleshoot and reset display units when necessary, and verify that digital equipment timing and playback schedules are operating correctly. Additional responsibilities include performing touchscreen and digital display audits, replenishing marketing or promotional materials when required, replacing light bulbs or LED components to ensure proper illumination, and inspecting specialty displays to confirm proper placement and presentation.

The technician will also assist with receiving shipments of advertising graphics and installation materials, installing new advertising graphics within established timelines, and updating placement maps or documentation following installations. The role may require coordinating specialty display placements, collaborating with airport personnel and representatives from Clear Channel Airports, and completing scheduled monthly walkthroughs to verify the condition and placement of advertising assets. Accurate recordkeeping and documentation of inspections, installations, and maintenance activities are required to ensure compliance with operational standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in facilities maintenance, installation work, advertising display maintenance, or a related technical or maintenance field is preferred. Candidates should possess basic computer skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to identify and resolve minor maintenance or display issues.

Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check and obtain and maintain a TSA-issued airport security badge in order to access secured areas of Long Beach Airport. Flexible availability is required, including occasional evening or weekend hours as needed. The position typically requires an average workload of approximately 2โ€“4 hours per week, depending on operational needs and installation schedules. A resume is required for consideration.
