Warehouse Generalist 2nd shift - Starting pay $23/hr + $3,000 Performance Bonus + Pay Increase to $24/hr
  • Start at $23/hour(includes shift differential) and earn up to $3,000 performance bonus
  • Meet performance goals and earn $24/hour in just 3 months.
  • Learn all functions in the Warehouse to be promoted to Generalist II, and earn $25/hour
  • Up to $6/hour in incentives in addition to the base rate

Location: Ephrata, PA (approximately 20 minutes from Reading and Lancaster)
Available Schedules:
  • Afternoon/Evening and Night shifts (8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts)
  • Enjoy consistent shifts with potential overtime based on order volume.

Your Goal
Your daily objective is to ensure the safe, timely preparation of fresh, quality produce orders, enabling our drivers to deliver to grocery stores throughout the Northeast. These stores rely on us to stay operational and provide for their communities.
Your Role - Warehouse Associate
  • Prioritize safety to ensure everyone returns home to their families after each shift.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including high lift (high reach truck), electric pallet jack, center ride, pacer, and more.
  • Utilize warehouse management and Vocollect systems to complete assigned tasks.
  • Replenish pick slots, restock racks, pick orders, perform breakdowns, and load/unload trailers.
  • Contribute to quality and inventory initiatives, as well as other assigned tasks.

Qualifications
  • Previous high lift (reach truck) experience required.
  • A commitment to safety.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Adaptability to shift tasks based on business needs, with some shifts offering more variety.
  • Ability to lift up to 65lbs. above your head, stand and walk throughout the entire shift, and work in a cold storage environment (approximately 35 degrees).
