Job Summary

What You'll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see and play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • Accurately take guest orders using our point-of-sale system.
  • Process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
  • Expedite food orders by ensuring every order is accurate, complete, and delivered promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room, front counter, and beverage station.
  • Restock sauces, beverages, paper products, and front-of-house supplies throughout your shift.
  • Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve leadership when needed.
  • Assist with food running, cleaning, stocking, and other front-of-house responsibilities.
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining excellent hospitality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuously develop your skills.
  • Support our mission of giving back through our Feed the People program.
  • Help create a ROCK STAR experience for every guest.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Previous customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
  • Ability to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as business needs require.
