Job description

Maintenance Night Auditor

Location: Portofino Resort

Department: Maintenance

Status: Full-Time Year-Round

Pay Rate: $18

Hours/Days: 2 PM - 10:30 PM, Saturday - Wednesday

Summary of the Main Function/Purpose of the Position: The Maintenance Night Auditor will be responsible for editing the day's work orders and readying them for processing by HOA Accounting. The purpose of this position is to ensure that work orders have been entered properly and billed correctly and that the SOP regarding work order entry was followed. The Night Auditor will make certain that a manager, supervisor, or another department has been contacted when a follow-up is required. This position is crucial in maintaining our pledge to provide the best service to our homeowners and guests. Supervised Maintenance Dispatch.

Key Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Minor Maintenance Agreement.
  • Knowledgeable of work order billing in Peachtree and familiar with the SOP.
  • Edit all work orders for correct billing of parts and labor; update inventory price list.
  • Check emails against the work order to make certain all requests were completed.
  • Keep a log of all maintenance work that requires further action by the manager or supervisor.
  • Keep track of all grill parts used on work orders.

Accountability:

  • Ownership: This position enhances the department's ability to provide the best in property maintenance.
  • Safety: Customer Service: Responsible for making certain that all questions and requests made by guests/owners were addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Dept. Specific: Accountable for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Educational Requirements: A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Specialized Equipment: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information and correspondence. Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions. Ability to effectively present, organize, and communicate information. Extensive use of spreadsheets and data entry. Excellent memory and engagement in the workplace. Personal computers, printers, scanners, calculators, and standard office equipment and machines are required.
