Job description

Founded in 1986, St. Charles Community College (SCC) has a reputation as one of the best two-year colleges in the state of Missouri. SCC invites qualified candidates to apply for our part-time pooled faculty position to teach lectures/labs in our non-majors Introduction to Chemistry course and lectures/labs in our first semester science major course, General Chemistry I this upcoming fall 2026 semester. Courses may be daytime, evening, or Saturdays depending on the need. Part-time appointments made on a semester-by-semester (as needed) basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Chemistry or related field with prior teaching experience is required to teach lecture, and Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field is required to teach lab.
