Battery Outfitters is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager for our Cottleville, MO location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, leading by example, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll DoThis is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive in-store experience

Support daily store operations, including sales, merchandising, and inventory

Lead by example through attitude, energy, and work ethic

Help train and motivate team members

Keep the store organized, efficient, and running smoothly
