Monday - Friday, 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM | Morning Shift
Magnum is hiring an LTL AM Planner to build and dispatch efficient P&D (pickup & delivery) routes while supporting evening terminal operations. This role is critical to ensuring freight is routed accurately, deliveries stay on schedule, and communication flows smoothly between dock operations, drivers, and leadership teams.

What You'll Do
  • Build and optimize P&D routes using routing and dispatch software
  • Dispatch drivers and ensure routes are efficient and completed on time
  • Ensure all shipment paperwork and operational data are processed accurately
  • Identify and resolve routing or freight issues quickly and efficiently
  • Coordinate appointments and special handling of freight to support successful deliveries
  • Verify communication between dock staff, drivers, and operations teams regarding freight concerns or routing changes
  • Share operational and dock performance insights with leadership to support accountability and continuous improvement
  • Promote a safe work environment and enforce company work rules and safety standards
  • Operate a forklift on the LTL dock when necessary
  • Support daily operations and complete additional duties as assigned
