Location: Austin, TX (Travel required across multiple locations)

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site, In Office

Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Sleep Better Austin is a growing Dental Sleep Medicine practice dedicated to changing lives by helping patients breathe and sleep better. Our mission is to provide exceptional care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. We are looking for a candidate that is comfortable traveling, primarily to our north offices (Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Central). Travel across locations is required, and flexibility is essential.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient education, enjoys working hands-on in a clinical setting, and is flexible with travel between offices. Travel to all locations is required, with most time spent at our north offices (Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Temple).


Key Responsibilities
  • Educate patients on sleep apnea and its impact on overall health
  • Review and explain treatment options, including oral appliance therapy
  • Take accurate PVS and/or digital impressions (TRIOS 3Shape or iTero Scanner preferred)
  • Fit and adjust oral appliances
  • Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options
  • Follow up with patients, internal team members, and referring physicians
  • Support clinical and operational workflow across all locations
Requirements:Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Dental assisting experience preferred but not required
  • Experience taking impressions (PVS or digital scanning) strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with patient education and communication
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel between locations (required)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, and occasionally lean or kneel
