Job description


The Enrichery is seeking a dedicated, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented Director to lead our newest location in the DFW area. Our goal is to open our doors at Location #8 in January 2027.
This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in client satisfaction, business development, and location management.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Ensure outstanding customer service, build strong client relationships, and provide individualized solutions for students.

  • Business Growth: Drive sales, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to expand the location.

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee student progress and support Academic Coaches in delivering exceptional educational experiences; manage team of Academic Coaches as well as location's Office Manager and/or Front Desk Coordinator

  • Community Engagement: Establish and maintain partnerships with schools and organizations to enhance student opportunities.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and hold Academic Coaches accountable for student success; interview and assess candidates for location role hiring.

  • Revenue & Program Development: Monitor key performance metrics, grow enrollment in coaching and test preparation programs, and innovate new offerings.

  • College Admissions Support: Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to fill College Admissions Workshops and advise students on admissions strategies.

  • CRM & Data Tracking: Utilize Google Sheets, monday.com, and Zoho CRM to track leads, client interactions, and student progress.

  • Event Representation: Represent The Enrichery at school and community events.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience leading or managing a service-based, client-facing business; background in education, tutoring, enrichment, or academic services is a plus

  • Proven success in sales, client acquisition, or consultative selling (education, services, or high-touch environments strongly preferred)

  • Leadership experience managing teams and performance outcomes

  • Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, and being accountable for results

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with families in a premium service setting
