POSITION: CASINO DEALER TRAINEE JOB CODE: # 112110

DEPARTMENT: CASINO OPERATIONS

REPORTS TO: Pit Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provides a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  2. Reports to duty as scheduled.
  3. Be trained on policies and procedures for Blackjack and carnival games.
  4. Be able to pass an audition before moving on to the next phase (Dealer).
  5. Present a neat, professional and well-groomed image.
  6. Other tasks as requested by management.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Excellent customer service skills.
  2. Maintains patience during guest interactions.
  3. Exceptional money handling skills.
  4. Math skills.
  5. Effective verbal communication skills.
  6. Teamwork.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Mississippi Gaming License REQUIRED before completion of training.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Stand, walk, bend and reach.
  2. Read, write, eye to hand coordination and depth perception.
