- Consistently achieve 100% of assigned bi-weekly Average Transaction Amount (ATA) targets through intentional product recommendations and confident close-outs.
- Execute the NEALT sales process flawlessly with every customer, on every shift, without exception.
- Treat every interaction as a sales opportunity while prioritizing education, trust, and long-term loyalty over short-term transactions.
- Actively contribute to store-wide revenue goals by maintaining urgency, focus, and engagement during peak and off-peak hours.
- Deliver a consistently positive, professional, and welcoming experience for every customer.
- Earn five-star Google reviews each bi-weekly period by providing standout service and meaningful engagement.
