Job description

Full-time Evening RN Supervisor position available at a skilled nursing facility in the Middleton/ Peabody, MA area.

Range: $38.00- $55.00

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Leading team of nurses and CNAs to provide quality care within the facility during the evening shift

  • Managing patient and family concerns

  • Assisting in covering medication carts as needed

  • Ensuring proper documentation is completed while on-shift

RN Supervisor Qualifications:

  • RN licensure in Massachusetts

  • Prior experience supervising required; prior experience as a supervisor in long-term care is a plus

  • Covid-19 vaccination

  • Ability to supervise multiple staff members on facility units

  • Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers
