Job description

Medical Laboratory Scientist
Position: Full-Time / Multiple Shifts (40 hours per week)
About Us: Join a dynamic department utilizing state-of-the-art automation line, Epic Beaker, and SoftBank LIS Systems. As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional laboratory services and advancing healthcare.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex laboratory procedures in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank.
  • Maintain and operate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.
  • Analyze and interpret laboratory data, adhering to stringent quality control measures.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals for precise patient diagnosis and treatment.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology or related field.
  • ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
  • Experience with Epic Beaker and SoftBank LIS systems preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
