Job Description:

Primary Function: Acts as assistant to Head Women's Basketball Coach; assists with team practice sessions and game contests; instructs team members in game strategies and techniques; counsels student athletes concerning academic progress; assists in public relations and fund-raising activities; and completes related duties as required or directed.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus at least two years of collegiate women's basketball coaching experience or four years of combined experience in collegiate basketball playing and/or collegiate basketball manager experience required. Division I or II experience preferred. Student or volunteer experience will be considered. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference and the University of Northern Iowa.
