PAY RANGE: $19.07 - $31.88/hour    

DEPARTMENT: Branch Operations

No evening or weekends!


The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, great member service/sales skills and previous experience in the financial industry. The person filling this position in Card Services must be able to effectively communicate with staff and members. They will create a motivating environment that promotes superior and timely service and production. The chosen candidate must have the ability to seek and recommend improved processes, workflow integrity, and security of the assigned area.   

This is position is primarily assigned to the VISA/Debit card disputes and fraud team, however they may work throughout the units within the department based upon the needs of the division. Other Card Services functions include: ATM/Debit card ordering and auditing, Visa new accounts, card fraud, network balancing and Visa gift card settlements. 

The person chosen for this position will ensure that responsibilities are efficiently completed in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures. 

Should be able to perform teller transactions and card ordering and enjoy working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. 

Hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm with rotating coverage from 9:00am - 6:00pm on Fridays.

  • Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, short correspondence, and memos 
  • Ability to write business correspondence 
  • Ability to operate a personal computer including inquiry to member accounts and other account information required from assigned functions 
  • Ability to identify, analyze and effectively solve problems under conditions of incomplete information and uncertainty 
  • Ability to utilize the following computer software programs: 
  • Spreadsheet (i.e. Microsoft Excel) 
  • Word Processing (i.e. Microsoft Word)
