Job description

We are looking for a dedicatedWarehouse Records Imaging Clerkin Fort Worth, TX 76131with$15.03/hrpayfor a6-monthcontract,tempto hire role opportunity.This role is repetitious, opening and sorting mail, and preparing it for scanning into a high-speed scanner, and alpha and numeric keyingproficiency.Must have keying/data entry skills, havestrong PC skills, imaging/scanningexperienceand attention to detail–APPLY NOW!

Schedule:Mon – Fri, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM 5 days a week, including a 30–minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Evening and 3rd shift may be required depending on assignment

NOTES:Light for Scanning, Quality, Release/Index – Seated task with constant use of upper extremities, primarily for keyboard related tasks.

Description of position and job requirements:

There are four main components to the position. There are opportunities for rotating staff among these components either on different days or during the duration of the shift.

  • Scanning – Prepped cartons are moved (one at a time) to scanner positions. The employee loads sheets into one ofvarious typesof scanners for processing and returns sheets to the box in the same order as received. Depending on the source material, sheets may be fed into scannersone ata timeor in small batches. This is primarily a seatedtaskbut feeding scanners may be while standing, 20% of position as a whole.
  • Quality – Confirms accuracy of scanned documents.This is primarily a seated task, 10% of position as a whole.
  • Release/Index – Documentation of files and release of scanned material tocustomer.This is primarily a seated task, 10% of position as a whole.

Essential Functions:

  • Scanning – Detail oriented, must be able tooperate, clean, and troubleshoot scanners.
  • Quality and Release/Index – Detail oriented and must be able tooperatecomputer. Position requires significant data input andhighrate ofkey strokes.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a scanning, imaging, and file management
  • 10 key, Data entry, Attention detail.
  • Please provide a Data Entry test score. - required
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry skills.
  • Strong ability to focus on repetitive tasks environment and meet high productivity standards.
  • Comfortable with constant use of upper extremities (keyboard, mouse, scanner).
  • Able to lift and move cartons or document boxes as needed.
  • Proficient with basic computer functions and navigating software.
  • Prior experience with scanning equipment or document processing is a plus.
