Location: Chicago, IL or New York, NY - onsite


Duration: 9 months + potential to extend


Pay Range: $40-50/hr (W2)

Job Description


We are seeking an Audience Insights & Measurement Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Nielsen nPower and Ad Intel, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a proven ability to translate audience data into strategic, sales-enabling narratives and recommendations.


Responsibilities:



  • Pull, validate, and analyze audience data using Nielsen nPower and Ad Intel to support ad sales priorities.

  • Craft clear narratives and build client-ready deliverables that connect insights to business outcomes.

  • Identify trends and derive actionable insights that inform go-to-market strategies and media positioning.

  • Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to answer audience and campaign performance questions.

  • Learn and adopt additional measurement tools and data sources such as Comscore, MRI, VideoAmp, and iSpot.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years in data, media, or marketing analytics within a media, publisher, or advertising environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Nielsen nPower and Ad Intel.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and distill findings into strategic recommendations.

  • Storytelling mindset with demonstrated ability to connect insights to business outcomes.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with Comscore, MRI, VideoAmp, or iSpot.

  • Familiarity with Nielsen Media Impact.
