Position Summary...As the Senior Manager of Retail EV Strategy, you will shape the executive narrative by leading the development, socialization, and approval of high-impact strategic plans and capital requests for the charging network. You will design and facilitate team strategy through advanced analytics, financial modeling, and structured collaborative sessions, evaluating complex initiatives to ensure overall portfolio cohesion. Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, you will drive capital review preparation, prioritize strategic levers to maximize network utilization, and champion the adoption of AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and elevate team analysis

  • Shape the executive narrative by leading the development and socialization of high-impact materials, including capital requests, performance updates, and strategic plans.
  • Design and facilitate team strategy development through advanced analytics, insights, and structured collaborative sessions, while owning communication of key decisions to senior leadership.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives under consideration, looking beyond core financial models to ensure overall portfolio cohesion across enterprise objectives.
  • Drive capital review preparation and high-level portfolio forecasting, identifying and prioritizing levers to maximize network utilization and long-term enterprise value.
  • Advance the adoption of AI and automation tools to streamline internal workflows, elevate performance metrics, and drive analysis.

What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, commercial financial modeling, corporate finance, or business analytics; experience in EV charging, energy, or retail networks is preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data and disparate strategic objectives into clear, actionable enterprise strategy.
  • Experience navigating a matrixed organization, partnering with executive-level stakeholders, and building consensus across business units.
  • Advanced financial modeling expertise with a proven track record of evaluating multi-faceted business initiatives and large-scale capital portfolios.
  • Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal), with specific expertise in translating technical and financial metrics into compelling executive presentations.
