Job Summary
The Strategy & Planning Manager will be responsible for managing the business unit's P&L, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth. This role will also serve as a key interface across global locations, ensuring alignment and effective communication on strategic objectives.
Job Description
  • - Manage the business unit's P&L and support financial performance improvement.
  • - Develop business strategies and identify key initiatives to achieve organizational targets.
  • - Oversee execution of strategic projects, including monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
  • - Identify new growth opportunities and develop innovative business models to support long-term competitiveness.
  • - Facilitate cross-functional communication and support governance/meeting structures across global operations.
  • - Prepare presentations and reports for executive management, highlighting performance and strategic priorities.
Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • - 7+ years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, or management consulting (experience in automotive or EV industry strongly preferred).
