SIGNATURE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP is expanding to several stores in the Atlanta area. We are looking for talented, highly motivated team members to join and grow with us.
Now Hiring experienced world class proven top performing Shop Managers, Assistant Manager, Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities include:
*Increase productivity and meet schedule
*Sales
*Reduce expenses
*Customer Service
*Increase average ticket and net profit
* Manage appearance and professionalism of shop.
Must know/have:
*5 year shop management experience minimum.

*Shop Manager must have: 3 million P&L management, stronger technical knowledge, great people skills, Bachelors degree a plus, proven top sales performance, proven leader, documented top performer, fully committed hard worker, with a proven commitment to customers, revenue, and profit.
*Microsoft: word, excel
*Mitchells shopkey, AutoLeap (major plus), and or Alldata
*Technical automotive competence
*Motivational leader
*Attention to details
*Quality and cost focused
*Drivers license, references, clean or justifiable record, clear background check
*ONLY PROVEN TOP PERFORMERS SHOULD APPLY.
