Job description

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
EV Charging Infrastructure
ALBANY, NY
100% In-Office FULL-TIME
B2B Sales COMPENSATION

Base + Uncapped Commission

Build a serious sales career in one of America's fastest-growing infrastructure markets. Integra Energy is expanding its commercial EV charging business and is looking for an experienced, competitive B2B salesperson who knows how to create opportunities, build relationships, and close business. You do not need EV charging experience. If you can sell, prospect, and win, we will teach you the industry.

Why This Sales Opportunity Is Different

  • Sell a complete solution, not just a product. Integra combines EV charging hardware, turnkey project development, installation, service, and our proprietary QuickCharge charging management platform.

  • Work across high-value commercial markets including hospitality, multifamily, retail, municipalities, property owners, and other organizations.

  • Get direct access to leadership and collaborate with engineering, construction, software, and project teams to build solutions that win.

  • Enter a growing infrastructure market where customers need help understanding technology, project development, and the path to deployment.

  • Build your income through performance with a competitive base salary plus uncapped, performance-based commission.

What You'll Own

  • Own the sales process from prospecting and relationship development through proposal, negotiation, and close.

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, email, networking, referrals, and market development.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified commercial opportunities.

  • Learn Integra's EV charging solutions and confidently communicate business value to customers.

  • Conduct discovery, identify customer needs, and work internally to develop the right solution.

  • Follow up relentlessly and keep opportunities moving forward.

  • Maintain strong CRM discipline, activity levels, and forecast accuracy.

  • Consistently work toward individual revenue goals and company growth targets.

Who We're Looking For

EV charging experience is not required. We care more about whether you know how to sell and whether you have the drive to learn a new industry.

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred, particularly in a hunter/new-business role.

  • A track record of prospecting, creating opportunities, and moving deals through a sales process.

  • Comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, and hearing \"no\" without losing momentum.

  • Competitive, confident, personable, coachable, and motivated by measurable results.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Organized, accountable, dependable, and capable of managing multiple opportunities at once.

  • Interested in technology, infrastructure, energy, construction, or emerging markets.

  • Motivated by career growth and the opportunity to directly influence your income.

Experience That Can Translate Well

Successful candidates may come from EV charging, energy, solar, SaaS, telecom, office technology, payroll, merchant services, commercial HVAC, security, construction-related sales, or other competitive B2B environments. Industry background matters less than proven sales ability, work ethic, and the willingness to learn.

What Integra Energy Provides

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission.

  • Health and employee benefits.

  • Paid time off and company holidays.

  • Hands-on product, industry, and sales training.

  • Direct access to company leadership and decision-makers.

  • Support from engineering, construction, software, and project teams.

  • A collaborative, high-energy sales culture that recognizes strong performance.

  • Advancement opportunities as Integra Energy continues to grow.

  • The chance to help build a national commercial EV charging business.

About Integra Energy

Our approach combines charging technology with turnkey project development, installation, service, and our proprietary QuickCharge charging management platform. We are building a team of people who take ownership, bring ideas forward, support one another, and want to win.

READY TO COMPETE?

If you're a proven B2B salesperson who wants an in-office environment, uncapped upside, direct access to leadership, and the chance to sell into a growing national market, we'd like to meet you.
