Position Overview:

To oversee and coordinate daily shipping operations in our warehouse. The Shipping Lead will be responsible for managing the outbound flow of goods, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining a smooth and efficient shipping process.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Shipping Operations:
  • Coordinate and oversee all outbound shipments, ensuring orders are packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time.
  • Verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and packing lists, for completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitor loading activities to ensure goods are handled properly and efficiently.
2. Team Supervision:
