Logistics Intern - International Transportation & Procurement Support

Position Summary
Gotion is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support international transportation, procurement request processing, and payment tracking activities across multiple company divisions.

This role offers hands-on experience in global supply chain operations within the EV battery manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support international air, ocean, trucking, and customs logistics operations
  • Track inbound/outbound shipments and delivery milestones
  • Process procurement requests and assist with purchase order coordination
  • Monitor logistics invoices and payment requests for timely approval
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, warehouse, and operations teams
  • Maintain shipment records, reports, and KPI tracking
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs brokers

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Basic understanding of international transportation and procurement processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
