THIS ROLE WILL BE LOCATED IN CLARKSVILLE, AR (Relocation Assistance Available)
The Campus Director of Data Center Operations has full operational, financial, and leadership accountability for one or more data-center campuses onsite in the Southwest Region. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations of mission-critical infrastructure while delivering exceptional service to customers and stakeholders. The Campus Director provides strategic leadership across operations, engineering, security, facilities, and vendor partners to maintain uptime, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.
The position requires a strong balance of technical expertise, people leadership, financial acumen, and customer engagement, with a focus on operational excellence, scalability, and long-term asset performance.
Key Accountabilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all data-center campus operations.
  • Maintain 24x7 operational readiness and accountability for uptime and life safety.
  • Oversee operation and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure systems.
  • Ensure adherence to maintenance programs, MOPs, and EOPs.
  • Own campus-level OPEX and CAPEX budgets and financial forecasting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop site leadership and operations staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
  • Serve as senior site representative for customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and service delivery.
  • Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership or site management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proven budget and vendor management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Desired Skills
  • Experience in hyperscale or colocation environments.
  • Familiarity with Tier III / Tier IV standards.
  • Experience supporting large-scale expansions.
  • Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, CFM, or CEM.
