Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist (Tool Steel) – Night Shift


Earn $61,000 – $97,000+ per year with overtime


Work in one of the cleanest, climate-controlled machine shops in Michigan while running advanced 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC equipment producing high-precision tooling components.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform full CNC machine setups (tooling, offsets, fixturing)
  • Machine tool steel components to tight tolerances
  • Read and interpret detailed blueprints
  • Set speeds, feeds, and tolerances
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards

Qualifications

  • CNC or manual machining experience
  • Blueprint reading skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude

Schedule

  • Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

  • Up to 14 mandatory Saturdays/year (12 PM – 6 PM)

Physical Requirements

  • Standing for 8–10 hour shifts
  • Frequent movement (walking, bending, lifting)
