Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills help ETL Testers identify data inconsistencies and collaborate with developers and business analysts. These skills ensure accurate data migration, high-quality deliverables, and support critical business decision-making based on reliable data.

What is ETL testing?

ETL testing refers to the process of validating, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy of data as it moves through the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process in data warehousing.
