MDM ETL Technical Lead

Overview
We are seeking an experienced MDM ETL Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and hands-on delivery for a large-scale Master Data Management (MDM) initiative. This role will be responsible for leading MDM and ETL development efforts, supporting enterprise data integration, data quality, governance, automation, and production support activities.
The ideal candidate will have deep Informatica MDM and Informatica PowerCenter expertise, strong SQL skills, and experience leading technical teams in enterprise data environments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead MDM technical solution design and delivery
  • Provide technical leadership to MDM ETL developers and specialists
  • Design, develop, and support Informatica MDM and PowerCenter solutions
  • Build and maintain ETL mappings, mapplets, workflows, sessions, and transformations
  • Automate data processing and staging activities using scripting and scheduling tools
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL and MDM processes across development, test, and production environments
  • Support data quality, matching, standardization, reconciliation, and data governance initiatives
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data processing logic
  • Collaborate with business, QA, and technical teams for testing, validation, and issue resolution
  • Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and production support
  • Participate in SDLC activities including design reviews, development, testing, and deployment
  • Provide project status updates and technical guidance to project leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in MDM, ETL, data integration, or enterprise data platforms
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
  • Strong experience developing:

    • Sessions

    • ETL transformations
  • Experience with Informatica transformations including:

    • Expression

  • Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with healthcare, Medicaid, claims, eligibility, provider, or Health and Human Services data
