Test Architect
Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)
Domain: Healthcare
GC, USC

Playwright (API/UI), TypeScript/Node.js or Python, headless test automation, microservices & event-driven architecture, CI/CD integration, autonomous/agent-based testing, and scalable QA framework design.

Video interview, but need local only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a headless, agent-driven testing strategy using Playwright APIs
  • Build a headless-first testing pyramid with majority validation at API and data layers
  • Develop intent-based testing systems using autonomous agents instead of scripted flows
  • Implement self-healing frameworks to adapt to schema and UI changes automatically
  • Create generative data and ETL-aware validation mechanisms for complex data integrity checks
  • Integrate event-driven quality signals into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
  • Architect scalable, enterprise-grade automation frameworks aligned with modern DevOps practices

Required :

  • Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js or Python
