Job Description We are seeking a Data Analyst III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, ETL pipeline design, large-scale data processing, BI tooling, and AI-centric analytics workflows and a proven ability to deliver automated reporting and data products that drive data-informed decision-making at scale.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with growth marketers, program managers, and the central analytics team to gather data and metrics requirements. Design, build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and ongoing analysis using tools such as Tableau and related BI platforms. Build and optimize ETL processes to run marketing campaigns at scale and automate campaign reporting.

Write high-quality SQL to retrieve and analyze data from large and complex datasets. Partner with analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve data integrity and accuracy issues across reporting, data infrastructure, and dashboards. Required Skills & Qualifications: BA or BS degree, preferably in a STEM field.

5+ years of hands-on SQL experience (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, or similar). Proven ability to build, operate, and optimize distributed data extraction, ingestion, and processing systems for large datasets. ETL design, implementation, and maintenance experience with a focus on scalability and reliability.

Business Intelligence expertise with tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy and report automation practices. Proficiency with Python and R for data processing and analysis. Experience in AI-centric organizations or with AI tools integrated into analytics workflows.

Ability to lead best practices for data pipelines and work independently with minimal oversight. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Experience working cross-functionally.
