Veterinary Assistant, Emergency
Location:
Waukesha, WI
Schedule: Full Time | 1st Shift | Four 9 or 10 hour shifts each week | Includes every other weekend and some holidays
Compensation: $16/hr +, Dependent on Experience

In your day-to-day, you will:
  • Restraining of patients
  • Cleaning Kennels, Floors, etc.
  • Stocking the treatment areas
  • Laundry
  • Taking patients outside
  • Feeding patients

  • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Positive outlook, a passion for providing the highest quality in patient care and the ability to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Must have worked or volunteered working with dogs and cats at a clinic, Humane Society, Kennel, or similar
  • Multi-tasking and attention to detail skills are required. Must have the ability to stand for the majority of the work period and enough stamina to work past the regularly scheduled shifts, if needed.
